Chapter 3: The Fast Track

“Alright, I’m gonna get married now.”

Simmy, it’s not that easy. This may take some time, you know.

“Psh. Watch this.”

That awkward moment when you’re invited over to someone’s house so you run there expecting an actual house but all you get is a man standing in front of a tent.

“…Oh, crap, is he gonna murder me? I really need to work on my judgement.”

What would you do if you saw him coming at you like that?

“RIP me.”

“You know what’s funny? JOKES are funny!”

“Um…”

“HAHAH, oh my gosh, you’re right! They really are!”

Uh… what just happened here?

“See, I’ve got everything under c̷̛̛̼͉̰̮̣͉͙͉̉̈́͘͝ơ̢̗̝̠͖̮̗͍̾̑̓̄͞ǹ̴̨̨̪͖̭̝͇͐͋̄̈́̓̽̕t̵̲̩̤̤̃̂̓̽̍̍͜͡͠r̸̥͉̰͖͚̱̤̈́͌͛́̄̉̓̂ǫ̶̞̳̮̙̪̤̻̜́̽͛̿͋̅͟͞l̢̨̩͕͓͎̹̍̀͂̂͋͝.”

“You’re falling in love with me, aren’t you?”

“I really think I am…”

Alright, Simothy. Are you hacking or something? I don’t get it.

“I don’t need to hack my own game.”

“Simothy, I can’t get enough of you. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this way before.”

“I know.”

“Do you think you like me too?”

“Yes. Of course. That’s how this works.”

“What were you saying about this not being easy, Starla?”

Well, I didn’t realize you were… like THIS.

“I told you, I’m S̖̣̰͕͔̼͖̑́̆̐̋̉̽͢͠͝ĭ̶̧͎͉̰̘̩̱͓̏͐̊̾̄͋̚͡͡m̧̢̧̙̼̣̙̠̂̈̌̌͜͢͡o̧̳͖̥͇̭̱͌̏̓̽͋͌͜t̷̘̫̥͖͈̲͚̫̯̓́̔̈̀͑̓̒̾̒h̖̠̺̙͇͗͑̃͂̄y͍̖̺̗͖̩͈̠̟̐̓̍͌͋̐̀̃ Ẹ̷̡̹̖̼͚͎͔̌̌̍̍͋͟͟͡a̧̢̧̨̤̤̪̞͊̒̓̌̀̈̒̋̑͊͢x̶̟̮̥͍͔̮͈͚̔̒́̐͒͑i̛͍̦̤̜̘̣̝̓̿̓̄̀̒̿̕ͅş̶̛͎̹͙̞̭̹̾̉̅̑̀̔̃͘͡.”

So you’re…

“Everything I’m supposed to be.”

Please don’t hurt her, though, Simmy. She doesn’t deserve it.

“If this is a joke about how my nose is stabbing her brain right now, it’s not funny.”

No, I mean… I don’t know what you’re after, but I’m not gonna support some evil robot guy who wants to kill my sims or something.

“That’s not my purpose. I’m here to make a legacy, and that is what I’m going to do.”

Okay…

“So, I had this ring prepared just in case our date went well. And it seems to be.”

“Oh my…”

“I can’t imagine this going differently.”

“Of course I’ll marry you, Simothy! You’re my everything!”

“I’m so happy right now, ahhhhh!”

“Me too. I love you, Maggie.”

Oh, so that’s her name.

“Yes, and I’m going to need you to get better at remembering details like that or else this legacy isn’t going to work.”

Um… ok.

“I don’t want to wait, let’s get married now! I brought a ring, too.”

“Nice. That’s really convenient.”

“I love you, Simothy. I’m so happy I came over three hours ago, and I’m so sorry for thinking you’re a murderer.”

That remains to be seen, tbh… Tune in next time, I think? And see what happens!
